Product Overview
The UP-5032 Flammability Tester is professional laboratory equipment designed for testing polymeric and plastic materials. It performs both horizontal and vertical burning tests using standardized flame sources, accurately recording after-flame time, after-glow time, and burning spread status to classify material fire retardant grades including V-0, V-1, V-2, HB, and 5V.
The testing chamber features anti-corrosion inner black coating, a large transparent observation window, and a top-mounted smoke exhaust fan. Touch screen controls enable precise timing, adjustable burner angles, and stable gas flow control, ensuring repeatable test results suitable for R&D, incoming quality control, and third-party laboratory inspections.
